Welcome to The Trans In Business Network (The TIB).

The TIB is a place for all. Whether you are a student with aspirations for your future career, you're currently busy working, or you're now retired and enjoying some well earned downtime, you are so very welcome here.

Everyone involved with The TIB has been introduced to us. Introductions can come from a variety of different people, businesses or organisations, including current TIB members, gender specialists, transgender owned/run/friendly businesses, or organisations or groups working within/for transgender people. This enables us to keep our network as private, safe, and as secure as possible.

Every member also plays their own crucial part in keeping our network safe and secure, so if you notice anything, anything at all, that you aren't happy with, please let us know by either reporting the member and/or content through the platform, or by sending us an email with the relevant details.

Our members involvement with The TIB means the world to us and we hope that, by building a community of like minded professionals, we can curate a powerful and unstoppable force for good. A force that is able to help it's members grow, succeed, and develop, both in their professional and personal lives.

Here there are NO stupid questions, NO shaming others, and NO hate, flaming, calling out, ETC, of any member.

The TIB is a place of acceptance, friendship, camaraderie, self discovery, growth, development, connection, learning, and so much more.

Every member's experience and knowledge is just as valuable as any other member's.

Within our private network you will find a member's directory (which you can choose to be listed in or not), a fully featured forum with topics covering work to play and everything in between, a constantly growing resources section, our Sponsors made up of Transgender owned/run/friendly businesses, but most of all, a community of friends and professionals who want to welcome you with open arms, support you to be the best you can be, and to see you succeed in the World as an upstanding Citizen.

Membership of The Trans In Business Network costs £50.00 per year.

During the sign-up process we kindly ask that you please let us know who introduced you to The TIB, such as your gender specialist, a current member of ours, ETC.
