7.3.2. You are, or you identify as, Transgender/Transsexual (Trans Woman, Trans Man, and/or Trans Non-Binary), and you continue to identify as such;

If you aren't, or you don't identify as, Transgender/Transsexual (Trans Woman, Trans Man, and/or Trans Non-Binary), you are signing up only as a provider with the express intention of providing information in the providers directory aimed at Trans people, or because your company, product, or service is Trans friendly;
7.3.4. You are legally able to make membership subscription payments to enable you to be a member of this site;
7.3.5. You are of sound state of mind and are legally allowed to make decisions yourself without the permission of a representative and/or guardian (legal or otherwise);
7.3.6. You must make all required membership payments;
7.3.7. You must notify The Trans In Business Network, by emailing [email protected], should your payments fail/lapse, should this site, for some reason, not charge you for your membership, and/or your membership payment(s) are not automatically debited from your payment method;
7.3.8. You are not registering as, and/or you are not becoming a member, on this site to cause trouble, infiltrate this site, collect/publish/disseminate/share/sell and/or use any data/information, personal or otherwise, gathered from/on this site, either yourself and/or via/on behalf of a third party;
7.3.9. You are not representing yourself, on this site, as someone/something that you are not to benefit/make any gains/for any other reason;
7.3.10. You agree that someone/an organisation has introduced you to this site/our network, and that you have provided the honest and truthful name of said person/organisation to us during the sign-up process, and/or on your profile, and/or anywhere else on this site/to any of our existing/future members, and/or in any communications with The Trans In Business Network;
7.3.11. You agree to report any activity and/or member and/or provider that makes you feel uncomfortable/worried/nervous/concerned/due to any other valid reason, to The Trans In Business Network through this sites reporting feature, or to The Trans In Business Network directly by emailing us at [email protected];
7.3.12. You agree that on this site there are NO stupid questions, NO shaming others, and NO hate, flaming, calling out, ETC, of any member;
7.3.13. You agree that this site is a place of acceptance, friendship, camaraderie, self discovery, growth, development, connection, learning, and so much more;
7.3.14. You agree that on this site every member’s experience and knowledge is just as valuable as any other member’s;
7.3.15. You agree that on this site all members are expected to behave with decorum, discretion, and dignity;
7.3.16. You agree to use this site only for the things and/or in the way in which it was intended to be used;
7.3.17. You agree not to attempt to circumvent any/all part(s) of this site for any reason;
7.3.18. You agree not to try to hack and/or spread/disseminate any viruses/harmful programs, files, and/or materials through and/or on this site for any reason;
7.3.19. You agree that subscriptions are for the term specified. Once purchased subscriptions can be canceled, however subscriptions, once purchased, are non-refundable;
7.3.20. You agree that all data and/or information on this site shall remain private, and that any member/provider member/anyone connected to a member and/or provider on/of this site, who has used/shared/disseminated (in any way possible) data/information on and/or from this site, for any reason what so ever, will be prosecuted under the most/best applicable law(s).

You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business and/or a provider member acting on behalf of a business, these Terms And Conditions, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
